TRADE WITH CANADA.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, May 22. The Farmers' Union Conference, after hearing Mr W. A. Beddoo, the Canadian Trade Commissioner, carried a resolution drawing the attention of tho Government to the desirability of encouraging trading reciprocity -with Canada. A remark by Mr Beddoo that what they wanted was preferential trade within the Enipiro elicited loud applause.
