THE KILLING OF PARKS.
(Received May 21st. 11.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 20. Affidavits have been received by the State Department showing that the soldier Parks was shot by a firing squad by the Mexican Commander's orders.
The Peace Conference has settled tho details of procedure.
The proceedings will bo private
Amongst tho killed at the battle of Paredon was General Mounoz, a nephew of Porfirio Diaz.
