REFUSING DUTY.
(ritlSS ASSOCIATION TJXEG-RAM.} WELLINGTON, May 21. Three seamen on the steamer Kapuni, who refused duty yesterday and caused tho vessel to bo delayed, wore each finid two days' pay, with 16s costs, at the Magistrate's Court to-day.
