The annual meetinj: of th« bowling sechOT of the Rangiora Bowling, ayanis and Croqu«. Club was held on"Monday aijrkt. There was en attendance of twenty members, Mr i- "• Ambrose presiding. '. The report to bo presented at tne annual meeting of the club was submitted or tfcc secretary, Mr J. and was approved. The "result* of the various competitions ard o£ the tournaments not«d iv the report showed that the club had had ono of the most successful playing teasocH since its formation. A very hearty vote «f thanks was accorded Mr Angus for his -efficient services a>3 see retary, to Mr Ambrose, to the to the Centre, anil to last season's committee.
It was decided to extend fraternal greetic2= and good wishes to the clubs at Cheviot, Oxford, and Waikari.
