OLD-TIME SAILER.
ARRIVAL OF ANDROMEDA AT AUCKLAND. More than usual interest wae taken in the arrival in tie stream at Auckland on Saturday afternoon of tbe British four-maeted barque Andromeda, whion came from Now York after * stormy passage of 122 days. The Andromeda is a splendid type of the oM-tim* eailer, with lofty rigging. She is a Glasgowbuilt steel veseel of 1763 tons gross, and is owned by the Andromeda Steamship Company of London. Tho vessel is under the command oi Captain R. J. Decks, whose wife and little daughter are accompanying him on the present voyage. The voyage was marked by some very rough weather, and th« veeeel ruetained considerable damage on deck at the commencement. She hae over 76,000 cases of oil on hoard for Auckland.
