BEVOLT AGAINST-THE KING
ITALIAN MARINES TO THE RESCUE. (Received May 20th. 11.40 p.m.) DURAZZO, May 20. King William, a fortnight ago, learnt that Essad Pasha was organising a coup d etat. Ho directed Essad Pasha to disarm his bodyguard of threo hundred men. Essad Pasha refused, and yesterday five thousand of his supporters in Burazzo commenced a revolt, Essad Pasha firing the first shot against tho Palace. Tho commanders of tho Italian warships landed five hundred marines" with machine guns, and those surrounded Essad Pasha's house and bodyguard. After a small resistance, Essad Pasha surrendered to the marines, who are now guarding the Palaco.
