MELBOURNE. "May 10. Tho death has occurred of Alderman Brenan. aged 71, Supremo-Grand Arch Druid of Australia and New Zealand.
The death of Mr C. A. Chtirton occurred in. Auckland on Friday, after n brief ilinCvSS, at tho ago of 13. The deceased was formerly in tho employment of tho National Bank, and was stationed in Wellington for some years. Ho then went to Auckland and joined his father in an accountancy business, and upon the death of the latter carriod on tho business. Ho also held the position of financial manager of the Auckland B-acing Club's totaJisator. Deceased leaves a widow and one young son.
