Tho International Committee do spatched to tho Balkans by the Carnegie Fund declares that although tho Greek Bishops of Dojran, Kavalla, and Series wcro erroneously reported to have been massacred, hundreds of villagers were wantonly destroyed, and many civilian and military prisoners butchered. All tho belligerents in the second war were guilty of atrocities.
