BISHOP FRODSHAM'S APPEAL.
Bishop Frodsham, iv a letter to the Press emphasising the earnestness of the Ulster Volunteers, appeals to all sides to abstain from giving provocation, which would be almost certain to precipitate a conflict. If tho wedge is driven in at Ulster, it will tear asunder the hopes of a united Ireland and a united Empire.
