WELLINGTON. May 17. At the Supremo Court the jnry disagreed _ the case of Georgo Johnston, •who was being retried for the second time on a charge of participating in a riot in Featherston street on November sth. The Crown entered a nolle prosequi in this case, and that of Robert Hill, in which the jury failed to agree on Wednesday. Hill was charged with being concerned in a riot in Taranaki street.
