MISCELLANEOUS CABLES
(By Cable.—Preaa Association—Copyright.) The Right Hon. Ronald MunroFerguson is mentioned in connexion with the Governor-Generalship of Australia. A Sydney message says that Wednesday's storm wrought havoc with telegraph lines, which is etill causing serious delays. It is rumoured that efforts are being made, to induce Mr Harcourt to succeed Lord Donman. The Right Hon. Ronald Munro-Ferguson is also mentioned in connexion with the matter. The overseas trade statistics of the Commonwealth for 1913 show that the imports wero £79,711.598, ah increase of £1.552.998 and the ' exports £78,510,253, a decrease of £585,837.
