EXCITEMENT IN NEW MEXICO. (By C_bl«.—Pree» Association.—Copyright.) (Received January 30th, 9.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 29. A blazing meteor struck a mountain fifteen miles east of Albuquerque, New Mexico, exploding with a terrific detonation. There was groat excitement, people believing it to be a dynamite explosion. Houses wero severely shaken, and the whole neighbourhood felt it_ effects. No damage was dono.
