'TIMES" COMMENT.
COMMON IMPERIAL POLICY WANTED. "Tho Times" says:—"The gravity of the situation lies in the fact that tho Government, the Legislature, and the electorate of South Africa apparently approve of hn administrative step which is certain to provoke the strongest resentment amongst largo and powerful classes in the electorate at Home, and poss'bly in the electorates of other Dominion*. The deportation of tho ten men is tho most startling event that has yet occurred to reveal our want of common policy in dealing with Imperial problems which affect more than one solf-governing community."
