(special to "the press.") GREYiiOUTH, January 28. Work at the Brunner mine is now' going on at top speed, the demand for Brunner coal having increased so much since the strike "that all the available resources are required to supply orders. The brick kilns which were forced into non-activity through tho attitude of the Federation of Labour, are now turning out quantities of fireclay and bricks. A pleasing feature is reported by the mine manager, who states that during his sixteen years' experience at , Brunner, he has never known tho irifen to work more harmoniously together.
