Petting £2 7s per week when the award rate was £2 15s, and J . Wilson £2 10s when the rate was £3 ss. The two men were also charged with accepting less wages than the award rate. For omitting to keep a time book, the company was fined 40s and costs 7s, and 20s on each information for not paying wages according to the award. The men were each fined os, with costs 7s. Frederick Baker (Mr Wright) claimed £43 10s from Thomas Fraser (Mr Van Aseh), for alleged breach of lease. Plaintiff was nonsuited, with costs £3 15s.
