1 BEQUESTS TO LEAT>ERS. LONDON. January 2-5. The Edinburgh Court of Session declared Miss Kippen's will valid. She bwueathod half of her estate of £10,000 to Mr Redmond, of the Irish Nationalist Party, aud half to Mr Keir Hardio for the Labour Party. The Court refused to decide whether the money was given to the Nationalists, but th<> Judpo said it seemed to bo left to Mr liedjxond personally.
