TATTERSALL'S HORSE BAZAAR.
H. Matson and Co. report having had an entry of 42 horses on Saturday. The fact that harvesting operations are in full swing at present, accounted for a smaller attendance than usual, and for the absence of any sood■■working farm horses. Sales were made of aged
draught horses, £U It*?. £11, £13 ss. £14. Hacks and harness horsos were, for the most part, on the aged side. Although competition was not keen, the hulk of the entry was placed at prices ranging from £7 10s to £11 lus tor useful sorts, and down to £1 for veterans. 3664
