The Messrs Craddock, McCrostio Coy. report having sold, on account trustees late Mr Johnson, superior residential property situate- Gloucester street; also fine building site on tho Esplanade, New Brighton, to Mr Baxter. Also, by public auction, on Tuesday last, on tho premises, Tuain street, east. City, fine corner site, having a frontago of 110 links to Tuam street and 120 links to Antigua street; also having sold the buildings thereon for removal. Having held successful clearing sales of furniture and effects on account of Mrs E. Strange, account Mns Harris, and on account of A. Tyreo, Esq., at his residence, Fendalton, when we disposed of nearly 700 lots on Thursday last. We beg to draw special attention to the following sales arranged for this week: Tomorrow, Tuesday, on tho premises, Falsgmve street, on account Cliristchurch Gas Coy., cottage for removal; on Wednesday next, in our rooms, on account Mr L. Forbes, his residence situate Haekthorne road. Cashmere Hills; also tho whole of his oak furnishings and effects; on Thursday next, on the premises, Oxley street, St. Albans, in the estate late J. Hunt, the property, furniture and effects: on Friday next, on account Messrs Hall, Bros., clearing sale of live and dead stock, on tho premises, corner of Hill's and Preston's roads, also their block of aboxit 14 acres, situate Preston road : on Saturday next, in our rooms, properties. 6
