-TALISMAN MINE: (special to "the press.") KARANGAHAKE, December 8. During the broken period of November, representing •six days' running, 1000 tons were crushed and treated for a yield of bullion valued »t £8028 6s sd. Owing to the general striko coal supplies were chut off, hence the reduced tonnage. The high yield pel ton i« owing to a closo clean up being made. Although mining and milling operation* hare been suspended since November 7th the Woodstock shaft, sinking and . chamber cutting have been continued.
