Rabbits are in slightly better demand, and importers are trying to raise prices
LONDON WOOL SALES
At the wool sales there was a good demand for merinos at late rates. Crossbreds were irregular. To date 117,257 bales have been catalogued, and 105,614 sold. The following prices were realised for the fleece portion of clip named: —Ashford top 12Jd; average lid.
