THE FIFTH ARREST. There was a further development in connexion, with the alleged Customs frauds case on Saturday, when a young man named George Clifford Francis was arrested by Detectives Regan and O'Connor on a charge of et-ealing the sum of £22 5s from J. 11. Parker and Co. This is the fifth arrest made in connexion with the case.
