NEW ZEALAND TEAM FOR AUSTRALIA.

(erecuii to "roe press.") WELLINGTON, December, 7. The New Zealand cricket team, which is to tour Australia, left for Sydney last night by the Tahiti. The team had an opportunity of seeing some Wellington cricket yesterday. , Chief interest was centred in Robinson, the Wellington colt. The wicket was fast and true, and the colt did much better than hitherto this season. He got four wickets for 47. He takes a nice easy run of ■■ about twelve yards, and has a true overarm delivery. He kept a pretty goo 3 length and direction, and his performance to-day makes one feel nfore sanguine of his success in Australia.
