A BUSINESS-LIKE GOVERNMENT.

TO THE EDITOB OF "TUB PBES3." Sir, —I have had occasion lately to correspond with several of the Government members, and especially with the Prime Minister, and -would like to put on record the promptness that characterises their attention to correspondence. Even though Mr Massey must have a huge pile of correspondence to got through daily, one rarely has to wait two days for a reply. This promptitude is commendable, and goes to show that his heart is in his work and Jus interests are such that, he regards it a duty to correspondents to give them a reply I t is a feature of Mr Massey'e work that is deserving of the highest praise.—Yours, etc. <2+ Ail. •-EXPORT FARMER. e>t.
