The strikers in camp at the northern end of May's road seem to have settled down fairly comfortably. The: section 'on which they are living is, roughly, about half a mile . from the Papanui • road, and on the western side of May's road. The camp is pitched about MOO yards back from the road-line, and consists of a big makeshift kind "of marquee as the sleeping place, while a smaller tent is pitched near by, which acts as a storehouse.
