MONTHLY MEETINO. At the meeting of the Canterbury Land Board, heja on Thursday,-the following additional business was done:— Tho Board- approved tie scheme for the expenditure fourths to the amount of £168, as submitted by the Mount Peel Iload Board. ' A deputation of Greta Peaks small grazing rimholdcrs" waited upon the JBoard with reference; to the Board's attitude to those runs, the leases of which had expired- The Board resolved that the present licensees be offered a renewal of their small grazing rights as from March Ist, 1914, a new rental to be fixed. , It was resolved that the lease of pastoral run 243. Ashwick, comprising 11,163 be offered at public auction, and also pastoral run 106, Anama station, Ashburton, containing 7000 acres, and pastoral run 107, Shepherd's Bash, both lately surrendered by W. Chisnall.
