The Pigeon Bay property of Messrs JfcHalo Brothers was submitted to auction by the New Zealand Farmers Co-operative Association yesterday. Bidding was brisk. The property was offered in four blocks, instead of seven as advertised. The sale resulted as under: — Lots 1, 2, and 3, aggregate area 459 a. 3r— J R. Thacker. £13 per acre. Lots 5 and 6, 348 a., including Homestead—W. Menzicß, £21 per aero. Lot 4, 264 a. Passed in at £13 per acre. JLot 7, 25 acres—Passed in at £253 per aero.
