The appellants are not worker- within the meaning of the Act. not being employed in the licensed hotel business; (2) the respondents have no dealings with_the Auckland and Restaurant Employees' Union, and therefore have no dispute with it: (3) the hotel workers employed by the respondents ac not members of the Hotel and Restaurant Employees' Onion; (4) the hcial workers pmoloved by the are memben of the Auckland .City License!
