The Armstrong and Vickers group of British naval and ordnance constructorhas obtained a contract to re-org»ni6o the Turkish naval dockyards and construct a naval base and floating dock in the Gulf of Ismid, which marks a new era in Turkish naval development.
It is stipulated that no foreign labour, except British, shall be employed.
