(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) The case Sandercock and Neale v. Geo. Kearney, claim £7 4s 3d, was adjourned till • January 19th. In the case F. H. Courage v. J. C. Mercer, claim £38 2s, Mr van Asc_ appeared for plaintiff, and submitted evidence Bhowing "amount claimed was. for damages to a motor-car whilst in defendant's garage. Judgment went to plaintiff for amount claimed and £3 16s costs. J. A. Blank, Truant Officer, prosecuted Robert Hack for failing to send his child, Pearl Hack, to echool. There was no appearance of defendant, who was fined 10s and costs 7s.
