At a meeting of the committee of the Canterbury Jockey Club on Tuesday the Racing Club • programme for March 13_n was approved. A gentleman rider's certificate was granted to D. Bell, jockeys' licenses to V. Coleman and E. McCarthy, app:*r.tice» Licenses to U. R. Anderson, F. Trillord, and A. J. Smith, the last-named license t-o take effect from December 15th. Trainers' license were granted to EL G. Coker, C. S. Pilchf*. and H. A. Ticker. The fo '.owing transfer we* grafted:—B f, Ivr, by Nautiform— Heorthen, from J. Franks to G. D. Greenwood.
