Waihi shares are quoted at 53s 9d to 56s 3d; Grand Junction, 25s 6d to 26s (id; Talisman, 40s to 455. Silver is quoted at 2s 1 15-16 d. The market is weak, owing to heavy sales in consequence of the suspension of tho Indian specie bank. River Plate shipments of meat during November wore:—Mutton, total 108,750 carcases; lamb, 40,500 carcases: frozen beef, f>0.500 quarters; chilled, 257.250 quarters. The con.sol market is depressed, owing to Canada underwriting a four million four per cent, loan at 97. The last issue made at the end of September at 99 has not yet been fully paid, and us now quoted* at two per cent, discount. (Received December 2nd, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, December 2.
