Rain has fallen generally and conditions hnvo been unsettled everywhere. Present indications ate for strong southerly winda and unsettled nnd ahowcrv -weatlier generally.- Tho barometer is likely to rise further "for a short time, but another fall is duo to follow in about SA houis.
