Tho following telegram wae received yesterday morning by tho Christchurch Stock Exchange from the Reciton attorney of the Blackwatcr Mines, Ltd.:—"A dividend of one shilling per share free of inoomo tux has been declared by the Blackwater Mince, payable on 31st December, 1913. Transfer books and chare register closed from 22nd December to Ist January, inclusive."
