The following is tho result of the various weight-guessing competitions and points' prizes at the Banks Peninsula Agricultural and Factorial .Association's Show. Points' prizes —Sueep —I. Andrew with 4G points; fat sheep, R. Lockhead; light horses, L. Mntson; draughts, It. W. Rainey (also Mr Ant. stror.g's special of £2 2s for most points in all horse classes) ; cattle, J- O : Coop; fat cattle, A. Chamberlain (also I the gold medal presented by Mr A. J. i Keith). In tho harness section J. F. K. Jamieson, S. D. Boyce, T. G. Harper, A. S. Webster, S". Barclay, and Miss Coop tied. In domestic produce Mrs R. E. Wornall was first, while Miss Ivy Wornall won tho honours in the girls' .classes. In potatoes and roots Mrs Arch. McLachlan was first, A. Macphenson winning in grain and seeds. S. Le Compt-e won in the dog seclion, and Mrs F. McManus in the section for flowers, also the trophy presented by Messrs Baines and Marsh. In tho children's classes, in the iflower section, Mrs J E. Armstrong's prize for most points was won by B. McManus. The weight-guessing competition resulted as urder:—Biillock, jSWhite 1, T. Beade 2, the weight being 6501b5. The winner guessed the exact weight. Sheep (weight 1991b)—H. Parkin 1 (19731b), W. H. Montgomery 2 (2011b). Lamb (weight 491b)—8. McLachlan 1, J. 0. Coop and R. Norries equal 2.
