A STRIKE PICKET CHARGED.
(TRESS JUJSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, December 1. Shortly before five o'clock on- Saturday evening one*of the strike pickets, named Arthur Tuffin, managed to elude the police at the barricades and made _ds way down to the arbitrationists Working the Invercargill. Charges of using obscene and insulting language were preferred again Tuffin. He .was remanded until Wednesday, the magistrate allowing nim bail in His own recognisance of £50 and one surety of £50.
