SPEAKER ARRESTED.
(By Cable.—Press Association—Copyrig-ht) DURBAN, November 30. Naik, a striko leader, addressed a meeting attended by 1000 Indians at Pietermaritzburg. He made an impassioned appeal to continue passive resistance, but by peaceful methods. He was arrestod in the middle of the speech.
