SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS.

"National Review," in a remarkable article, alleges that the Radical : party invested £68,000 in March and ■■» -April, 1911, through Fenner, apparently A. in anticipation of Coronation honour-. -By' July, 1912, Fenner had stolen £70,000, hut was allowed to retain the badness until ho had squandered £i_o,ooo.
