SYDENHAM v. CHRISTCHURCH. A friendly rink competition was played on tho Sydenham green on Friday night, the rinks oompT-sing:—Sydenham—John Had-fk-ld, C. Taylor, J. D. Taylor, and N. Young (skip). Christchurch—E." E. Daniels, W. H.'.liwe-U, A. Gurney, and W. H. Macdougall. The match all through was in favour of the C_ris__urch men. This match was previously reported as a win for Sydenham, but the scares uniartu_ately got transposed.
