A PIETERMARITZBURG CHARGE.
CAPE TOWN, November 28. . Affidavits are being filed in Pietermaritzburg charging a white man with forcing open Indians' premises after tho occupants had refused to work and flogging Indians with 6Jamboks and sticks, five being rendered unconscious. The man denies the charge.
