''full steam ahead" (speech., •.; .'...;■ -*-■'■ . ■ -Mr Bonar Law, speaking at Dublin to-day; insisted' that -Unionists ' were Opposed as completely as ever to the whole 'idea of any separation of Ulster from tho United Kingdom, and they demanded a general election. The "Manchester Guardian" advises the Government not to let the last hours run out beforo they have made up their winds ws to the lines on .which suggestions regarding Ulster may proceed. Liberals, it says, are not prepared to go tho full length of asserting the. nation's authority unless thoy are perfectly sure that,all the resources of statesmanship have been exhausted.
