(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEtEGBAM.) AUCKLAND, November 29. The competitions were concluded last night. Following were the results :—Shakespearean recital, gentlemen, Byron-Brown (Wellington) 1, E. F. Luks 2; musical monologue, gentlemen. Luks 1, B. Brown 2; tenor solo, S. Exton 1, E. McCormick 2, C. Prime 3; operatic bass solo, J. MoLean 1, J. W. Atkinson 2; .contralto bolo, Jessie Bartlett 1, Ethel Carter 2; dramatic recital, ladies, Miss Aitken 1, Mrs D. Fisher 2.
