CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
(ntXSS AMOCIA-TTOJJ TELZOBAIf.).: IXVERCARGILL, Xovember 28. At the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Williams, John Johnstono and William Downey were found guilty of receiving stolen property. Each was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labour The property consisted of rabbit-skins, which were stolen from Kirk's warehouse at Queenstown. Charles Blee, charged with breaking and entering and theft, at Winton, was found guilty and sentenced to two years , imprisonment.
