AUCKLAND EXHIBITION.
A long list of special attractions to bo provided at tho Auckland Exhibition has been arranged.' On tho day following the opening, a flower show, lasting five days, will begin. It' will end with a "sweet pea" carnival. December 3rd, amateur athletic sports (evening); December 12th, fireworks display; December 10th to .13th, Dominion Agricultural and Pastoral Show (at the Show grounds); December 13th, gala day at tho Exhibition for Boy Scouts; Decembor 20th amateur athletic sports; December 2oth, sacred concert by Royal Artillery Band and soloists; December 30th and 31st. show of carnations and sweet peas. January 3rd and 7th, military tournament; January 10th, amateur athletic sports (afternoon), American team contesting; January 12th and 14th, professional athletic sports (evening); January 17th, professional sports (afternoon); January 24th, amateur sports (evening); .January 27th to 31st, dog show; February 4th, V.M.C.A. sports meeiing; February Gth and 7th, fire brigade demonstration; February Oth to 14th, brass band.contest (quickstep, February 11th; test selections, February 14th); February 18th, amateur sports (evening); February 20th. .and 21st, fruit show; February 23rd to 25th, billiards tournament; Febrnary 25th amateur hports (evening); February 27th and 28th, axemen's carnival. Wonderland, of course, with its collection of big side-shows, will be in full operation each day.
The Exhibition will be open on week days from 10 a.m. till 10 p.m.
