Lot 3 was knocked down at £W& to Mr v J. P. -Allen. It comprised a * four-roomed house in Albert street liinwood, 4 and J-acre section Lot 8, a five-roomed house in Wells street, '&-{ BLvnmer street, was ot £220. Private offiere had been ceivod for two other lots besides the *< one sold, both being above the reservec v and these properties will bo disposed of * accordingly. ■ r }
