GOVERNMENT GOING ON.
(Received November 27th, 12.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 20. Mr Birrell, speaking at Bristol, denied that there were any dissensions in the Cabinet. The Government would go forward fully persuaded that Home Rule should bo carried, but was prepared to make* substantial alterations and modifications without departing from the principle of Irish seit-govern-ment.
