REBELS SHOW NO QUARTER(Received November 26th, 11.10 p.m.) NEW YORK. November 26. Reports from El Paso state that the Mexican Federals retreated from Juarez. Many fell into the hands or the rebels, and were executed without tho semblance of a trial. Only two officers captured since tho Constitutionalists began fighting have beon spared. One- is the son of a rtbcl ofEcer, who pleaded with the rebel general to spare the lad's life. Tho other was proved to have been forcibly impressed in tho Federal service.
