(By Cable.—Presi Association—Copyright.) LONDON, .November In the motor Customs frauds case, the prosecution withdrew iihorland from the witness-box for the present. Shorland stated that it would take several months to investigate and answer the complicated questions accurately. It has been arranged that future witnesses will be supplied with written questions and asked to reply in writing. Owens and Furracdfie. Melbourne Customs officers, gave evidence regarding the ■ documents discovered in Australia. The case has been adjourned till December Ist.
