A new drivers' union for Christohurch was formed yesterday morning, starting < with fifty membors of the old Lnion. A\h \, plications from others are being received. It is to be registerod as "The ,i Christchurch Horse and Commercial- - Motor Drivers' Industrial Union of Workers"—and the necessary papea for registration were forwarded to Wei- __ lington by last night's mail. It is ajj- ~ ticipated that tho carrying work of the. city will be resumed by the now union- ' almost immediately. . - -
