It is stated that tho Princess indulged in remarkable pranks at private parties, pouring champagne over the heads of guests.' She arranged fancy dress balls for working people, appearing in the costume of a page boy and dancing for hours with girls without being discovered. . She undoubtedly possessed a temperament not suited to the restraints of Court life, preferring mixing with the middle classes where unfettered natural vivacity was possible. . • The Prince is going to Africa on. a hunting expedition. 1 The divorce preliminaries haves been amicably settled. The Princess's dowry of £300,000- is being returned untouched. Their son Lennart is remaining in Sweden under the caro of his uncle, and imlit, but will ho sent to his mother for two months yearly to spare her the embarrassment of coming to Stockholm. . ''..-'
