CR. SORENSEN REASSURED
"Isn't it a fact,'' asked Cr. Sorensen at the meeting of tho City Council last night, <*that if we havo a death at tho Hospital we will have to _n to the Strike Committee for permission to conduct a funeral?"
"Wo have exercised judgment in that matter," replied CV. Hunter, secretary of tlie Drivers' Union. '*and have agreed that ail necessary works should bo carried out."
Cr. Loasby: Cr. Sorensen need not then bo afraid of dying. (Laughter.) Cr. Hunter: We havo also arranged that the work shall be done by union labour.
